The Financial Toastmasters Club (“FTC”) recently hosted two extraordinary events that underscored the transformative power of communication and leadership. Over the course of two impactful days, participants experienced inspiration, learning, and celebration in a way that will resonate for years to come.
The Elite Masterclass titled “WHAT’S YOUR STORY?”, headlined by DANANJAYA HETTIARACHCHI, the 2014 World Champion of Public Speaking from Sri Lanka, captivated participants with transformative insights. Known for his storytelling brilliance and leadership acumen, Dananjaya shared powerful strategies to refine communication skills, build self-confidence, and foster personal and professional growth. The festivities continued the following evening with the Red Carpet Soirée, a dazzling celebration marking two significant milestones – Toastmasters International’s 100th anniversary and FTC’s 16th year of excellence, empowering individuals in Mauritius. Held in an atmosphere of glamour and camaraderie against the elegant backdrop of Royal Green Wellness Resort, Moka, the soirée offered a momentous occasion to reflect on achievements, strengthen connections, and honour the shared journey of growth. Dananjaya’s keynote speech “BRING OUT THE CHAMP IN YOU!” graced the soirée with his inspiring words which added a touch of brilliance, inspiring the audience with his journey and vision for impactful leadership. The events drew leaders, professionals, and enthusiasts from various industries, creating a dynamic blend of perspectives and shared passion for growth.
